Meet Proswim, a team with over 80 years combined experience in the pool industry. Not too many pool shops can claim this fact!

Michael Varney... Owner / Director with over 27 years experience.

In 1974 my father Robin Varney started Endeavour Pool Care as a one man show. Over the years I have gained a lot of hands on experience from sweeping the floors, packing chemicals, repairing pumps and on site service work to running 4 shops, 3 service vans and 17 staff. Proswim was created in 1999 and has developed into a successful business over the last 12 years.

Ron Charman... Shop manager with over 17 years experience behind the counter. He can also perform repairs to pumps, salt chlorinators, pool cleaners etc.

Barry O'Hara... Service technician with over 25 years experience. A plumber by trade Barry has seen just about every pool problem known to man.

Wayne Botha... Service technician with over 2 years experience specialising in regular maintenance.    

Irene O'Hara...Shop Assistant with over 13 years experience. She has extensive experience in water chemistry and general pool problem solving.
