Terms and conditions…

Freight

All goods are sent via Australia Post. If for some reason this is not possible then we use Fastways couriers. Items in stock will be shipped immediately and should take 2 to 3 working days, depending on your location. If we need to order your products in then please allow 3 to 5 working days. We can ship overseas but you must contact us first to make arrangements.

Returns

If the goods are defective upon receipt or you were sent the wrong products then please contact us immediately. If the product you received is not the product you ordered we pay the cost of returning the item. If the product is returned for any other reason then you will be responsible for the cost of the return.

Warranties

All warranties are held by the respective manufacturer, however Proswim Pool Care will act on your behalf and follow through with any claims that arise.
