Salt Chlorinators
Salt Chlorinators available at Proswim.
We have replaced Acquatherepe with Revive, which is a better blend of Minerals. MagnaPool has been replaced with Pure Mineral, which is 100% Magnesium compared to 30% and is the same price. Some Mineral Pools use Theralux, Dead Sea Salt or Himalayan salt. These will still work using the Revive, which is much cheaper.
Salt Chlorinators can be confusing. Contact Proswim with your pool size (dimensions or volume), current pump brand and model and your current filter brand and model and current salt chlorinator brand and model. Types available…
When they were invented, salt chlorinators were very basic. You had to clean the cell plates at least once a month and not all units came with built in timers. Then came reverse polarity circuit boards for convenient self cleaning of the electrodes. Unfortunately, self-clean does not mean never clean. You may still need to clean the cell once a year.
Which one…
There are so many brands and models in the market place today. If it is dirt cheap then it will be an inferior product. Good chlorinators rely on quality material for the cell plates not to mention superior electronics to give you high chlorine production and reliability.
