Once-off Pool Service/Green Pool Cleanup:
If your pool just needs a once-over, if it’s getting a green tinge or just needs a vacuum after winter, we offer once-off pool servicing without the obligation of regular servicing. Our once-off services include looking over equipment and testing the water, as well as a full vacuum of the pool. For greener pools that need much more of your attention, let our expert team deal with it. We’ll add the necessary chemicals and perform the maintenance so you can get back to swimming in a crystal clear pool faster!
Holiday Pool Services:
With a holiday pool service, we will regularly visit your pool or spa and maintain the water clarity and smooth equipment operation so that when you come home you can dive straight in without coming home to a mess.
- Vacuum pool
- Empty all pump & skimmer baskets
- Clean your pool filter
- Clean your salt chlorinator cell (if applicable)
- Test your pool or spa water balance
- Add required chemicals
- Provide a written report on the state of the pool water balance and the equipment

So you now own a pool, congratulations! But do you know how to maintain it without hassles? Take the guesswork out of it by letting us instruct you as to the easiest way to look after your pool or spa. It will not only save you time but also money by not making costly mistakes
Pre Purchase Inspection & Report:
One of our important specialty services is a pre purchase pool inspection. This is best done at the same time as your property inspection. There is nothing worse than a surprise expense just after purchasing your new home. Whilst we can’t foresee structural defects and leaks, this report will give you an indication of the current condition of the pool equipment, interior surface and coping.
Pool Safety Certificates:
We can organise pool safety certificates so that you comply with the new pool fencing laws. Simply phone or email us your details and we can arrange this for you.
Product Deliveries:
Why cart heavy chemicals and equipment when we can deliver it to you? No mess… no fuss. All we require is at least 2 days notice so that we can schedule the delivery.
Pool Pump Repairs:
Noisy bearings, leaking seals, faulty capacitors, we have a qualified repairer we use to quote on major repairs. If you need pool pump repairs then simply bring it in for a quote. Alternatively, give us a call and we can come and pick the pump up (charges apply).
Salt Chlorinator Repairs:
Worn out cells, blown fuses, cell leads, faulty timers, we have a qualified repairer we use to quote on major repairs. If you suspect your salt chlorinator has an issue then simply bring it in for a quote. We need the power supply and the cell. Alternatively, give us a call and we can come and pick the unit up (charges apply).
Pool Filter Sand Changes:
A sand filter that has high start-up pressure after backwashing can be a sign that the sand is getting old and needs changing. A sand change can be done yourself but it can be time-consuming and frustrating… especially without the correct equipment to do the job. Why not let us pop around and quickly get that sand filter working at peak performance again. We also do Glass Media changes.
Pool Cover Measure & Quotes:
A quality pool blanket conserves water, as well as raise the water temperature by up to 5 degrees. We can correctly measure your pool and discuss the various options with you so that you get the most out of your new pool cover and roller system.
